酒店位置在灤州城北，與各景點相距均不遠。衞生總體可以，地毯有些污跡，死角不算多。房間可用面積大，層高比較高，空間感比較強。整體裝修不算舊，比較簡約，實現乾濕分離，洗浴水量水温都不錯。住宿樓層高，安靜，隔音不錯。早餐品種可以滿足需要，中西皆有些，冷熱也有，還有水果，只是香腸等冷葷應該是冷凍品，好像不太新。夜班總枱態度一般，詢問房間內的唐山旅遊圖和灤州介紹是否可帶走時，總枱以一句房間內物品皆不可帶走來回答，難道贈送的一次性飲用水和一次性洗漱品用不完也留下嗎？實在不專業，住店幾十次，這類情況還是第一次遇到！使整體住宿感受打了折扣！
