This is one of the best guest houses I have ever stayed in! It was simply sublime! The location was perfect and serene, our room had a balcony overlooking the Mekong River. The breakfast each morning was beautifully set up right on the banks on the river and the selection was great! The food was so delicious. The true highlight of our stay was the proprietor of the guesthouse, Cuong. He was so helpful and friendly and really went the extra mile to ensure our stay was the most incredible one ever. We received a welcome drink of fresh watermelon juice on arrival and he immediately pulled up a map and marked all the points of interest for us. He would always check in with us everyday to see how we were enjoying our stay but it didn’t feel impersonal, it was like chatting with a friend. He also helped to arrange transport and there were bikes that were free to use for guests. One particularly memorable moment was when we came back from the waterfalls and said to Cuong that we were exhausted from being out in the sun and he arrived to our room a few minutes later with complimentary watermelon juice! It was such a wonderful and unforgettable experience! I highly recommend staying here for the perfect Luang Prabang getaway!

Hotel offers a luxurious experience at an incredible value. Spacious, clean rooms with beautiful decor provide a warm and comfortable atmosphere. One drawback is that there are quite a lot of mosquitoes here

Love the location which is directly by the riverside and quieter area but doesn’t compromise the proximity to Wat Xiengthong and the tourist street. We eat the same things for breakfast daily but thanks to the gorgeous view and pleasant weather , everything was cool. Room is spacious and even has a bathtub. However the TV is tiny and far away from the bed which makes it impractical to watch tv from bed.

We spent 3 nights in this small hotel. The rooms are correct, clean but very spacious. The staff is very nice and despite the language barrier, try to satisfy us as best as possible. We have to order the evening if we want eggs. Otherwise we are a group of 12 people, the only on the hotel, and a certain lack of organisation despite the good will of the hotel. I choose this hotel due to the decoration style and location also now rate is good. Hotel is small but convenient, location is great ; nearby by the river and tourist attractions. Staff service is excellent, all are very helpful with smile. Room is good, clean but wall and ceiling need to touch up. Breakfast is not variety, I prefer to have local foods outside the hotel.

If you stay for 2 nights, the hotel has a free shuttle bus to and from the old city, which is always available. There is a large supermarket 200 meters away from the hotel, which is very convenient for shopping. There are many geckos on the hotel porch, and geckos eat mosquitoes, so the mosquitoes in this hotel are not bad. The rice noodles for breakfast are delicious😋The horn butter homemade jam is delicious😋The only drawback is that the air conditioner is too loud. I later switched to Softile, but there were a lot of mosquitoes, and dead mosquitoes could be seen on the sheets; and Softile’s free bus runs at a fixed time every day, and the place is very quiet, but you can’t get a tutu bus when you go out. In comparison, I prefer Suhada Hotel, which is small and spacious. Exquisite and convenient for travel; when you are done shopping, call the front desk and ask the driver to pick you up; you can also hire a tutu car at the door of the hotel.

We have just spent 4 fantastic nights at Liberty Place. The owners are so so lovely and friendly, they can’t do enough for you. The rooms are lovely and spacious. We had our breakfast on the balcony outside which was nicely set out and decorated. The location is great right in the centre of Luang Prabang, near to the night markets and not far from the Mekong River. We did not use the bicycles however they are free to use and we used their laundry service which was done very quickly. They helped us with a situation one of our friends were in and helped book a tuk tuk when they were lost near the waterfalls without any transport. They went above and beyond to help get our friends back to their hostel when they had no way of getting back! We booked our train tickets to Vang Vieng through the guesthouse. Great price and extremely helpful. There were also other tickets, tours and trips that could also be booked as well. We would highly recommend Liberty Place for anyone travelling to Luang Prabang and we would certainly stay again.

Location is the best, even near night market, but it was not noisy, I can fall asleep peacefully. Also there is good reception staff. They tried to do the best support for my request. With their support, I could enjoy my Luang Phabang trip. Thank you Sack!!

The boss is Chinese, so communication is very convenient for us who are not good at foreign languages. The exchange rate at his house is higher than exchanging money at the checkpoint or on the street. He also helped us rent a car to Xiguan Waterfall and the high-speed rail station. Try to help us save money on car rental. When we go to Xiguan Haobu, we rent a business car. The car can accommodate 7 guests. One car costs 70W kip. The boss helped us make an appointment for 6 people, which costs 12W per person. We also went to Dazhou on the way. I fed the elephants in the Elephant Garden, and went to the internet-famous Rice Field Coffee on the way back from Xiguan Waterfall. The location of his house is great. It's 1 to 2 minutes' walk from the river and 3 minutes' walk to participate in almsgiving. Get on a 40,000 kip minibus from the station, and the driver will drop you off at the roadside in front of his house. Don’t worry about not being able to find the hotel you booked when you go to Luang Prabang for the first time. The four of us are independent travelers who are all over 70 years old and are not good at foreign languages. It is very convenient to stay in his hotel in Luang Prabang. It is especially recommended for people who are not good at foreign languages ​​and want to travel independently.

The hotel is right by the Mekong River, and the cafe has a river view. The room is large, the facilities are new, and the wood used is warm and feels first-class. The mushroom and lean meat porridge provided for breakfast is a must! The front desk manager Xiaolong speaks fluent Chinese and provides warm service. This is my second stay, and it has basically become a regular place to stay in Labang in the future.
