I strongly advise everyone not to stay here; the experience was awful! This was the worst stay I've ever had. The location is so remote, there are very few tourists staying here (probably due to their service and management). When I needed a shuttle, no one answered the front desk. The balcony tables were covered in a thick layer of dust. This hotel may look high-end, but the details are terrible. You can't hang clothes to dry, etc. So many details! Beware, everyone! This kind of hotel won't be successful.

The hotel is very beautiful, with a good environment and nice greenery. The swimming pool is very clean and it is very comfortable in the hot summer. The only drawback is that it is a bit far from the old street.

The hotel is halfway up the mountain. The swimming pool is beautiful, the scenery is nice, the waiter can speak Chinese, and the breakfast is rather monotonous

I chose a room with a swimming pool on the first floor. The water in the pool was very dirty and I couldn't swim. I felt a bit disappointed. I don't know if it was because of the disinfection around or some other reason, but there were huge flying cockroaches all over the floor, and they would crawl into the house through the cracks in the door. It was so scary that the children cried. But the locals seemed to be used to it. I couldn't stand it anymore, so I contacted Ctrip on the last night and changed the room to the second floor. I asked the hotel to refund the price difference, but was refused. In the end, Ctrip compensated 400 yuan.
