It's a disaster, the establishment doesn't match the profile at all, very abandoned, degraded, the personal service is not professional at all. We waited more than 2 hours for check-in because there was no staff when we arrived, the rooms reserved did not correspond to the reservation. The cleaning is done every 2 days and we have to insist to ask for it to be done and it is done halfway, the breakfast is very standard or almost nothing. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Firstly, we booked a twin room, but the boss wanted to give us one king-size room and two twin rooms. Indoor ventilation relies on exhaust fans installed in holes in the wall next to the windows. The exhaust fan is very noisy, and the air conditioner is even louder than the exhaust fan. Fortunately, it is not too hot now, so I turned off the air conditioner when I went to bed. I don't know what the rooms on the second floor are like, and the boss won't let us see them, so I can't provide you with any details. Judging from the situation on the first floor, the pictures provided by this hotel are one-sided. Hygiene: Hygiene in Laos is very good. The location is also good. The breakfast couldn't be simpler. We moved after two nights.
