Great hotel with a good location across from the river. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The hotel is in the quiet part of the historical city. Breakfast was good and included with the price. Will definitely book again.

The Villa ist situated in the first row next to the Nam Khan River in very picturesque setting. It is just a five minutes walk from about half a dozen of temples and about 15 minutes walk to the night market or morning market. The room was clean and spacious, the breakfast good and fresh. The fridge and air-conditioning worked fine and there were amenities in the bathroom to use. The staff was always nice and willing to help. I really enjoyed my stay here.

The place is well maintained and the cleanliness is impeccable. You are to remove your shoes when entering the premise and you can tell the place is spotless. Amazing view from the shared patio. Host is friendly and helpful. Walking distance to everywhere. Lots of eateries and night market is just three blocks away. Breakfast is simple but for the price, it is definitely satisfactory. Will definitely recommend to those who are visiting Luang Prabang.

Quite area of the historical part of the town on the riverside. Very good budget option however the cleanliness is not the greatest.

We really enjoyed our stay here. They were very helpful and the breakfast was great. Robert told us all about the local area and helped us work out how to get around. Would recommend 😊
