Beautiful Lao-Thai wooden houses, large room, huge bathroom.
No restaurant, for breakfast you walk to the edge of the river for a buffet, nice view.
People helpful, yet with limited command of English (and none of French).
Wooden houses, you should know, are not soundproof, so it is either the road or the neighbours, never silent. And windows are nor hermetic, so beware mosquitoes in season

The location is nearby to riverside, walking distance to night market which deserve the praise , but the building is a antique feature with mostly wooden structure.
The breakfast is a walking distance and beside Mekong river.

The room is old, the floor makes noises when you walk, there are mosquitoes and insects at night, the next room is noisy, it feels like you have stepped into a pit

Room is small, and noisy , the bed is not comfortable , the counter not allow to cancel the motorbike rental even we only use for 1.5 day but we book for 3 days. Breakfast is too simple

The food was average, but the location along the Mekong River was very nice.
I was told that the breakfast venue would be shown to me in the morning, but there was no staff at the front desk at 7:30.
I personally liked that I had to take my shoes off when entering the hotel.
The restaurant next door was noisy (probably until 10pm)

Friendly staff.
The location is great, both the 'riverside' and the center are within walking distance. Please note that they are not along the river so no view of it.
Nice room. Slightly outdated bathroom but everything is there and a good shower.
You get breakfast a little further away at a restaurant along the river so a nice view.
You can also arrange tours and transport with them.
