Actual room is older than it looks on the photos. It has a window but wooden window with no curtain so there was no sunlight in the room. Bottled water was provided. Close to night market. They have some options for breakfast.

Very friendly host.
Room was very basic and without real windows on the ground floor. But the place has apparently different kind of rooms.

房間內除了床太軟（關鍵床墊高低不平睡得很不舒服）和被褥不是很乾凈之外,其它還可以。女老闆（越南人）服務態度太差,尤其對中國人服務態度太差,我觀察她對歐美人服務態度很好。男老闆服務態度還可以。

Not bad. A bit of walking distance to main attractions in the town. There are many options in LP. In fact there is another Soutikone Place called Soutikone Place House 1 which is located in (for me) a better area near to the Mekong River. But it was quick one-night visit for me. So it was okay. I will come again to this beautiful town.
