30 minutes wait is far too long !
It's difficult to find value for money in Luanda, this is definitely not one of those hotels. The bar/dinner service is exceptionally slow and they seem to ignore you for 20-30 minutes even before asking if you would like a drink, I left twice due to the excessive wait, even though there are more than enough staff on duty the service takes forever. Food quality probably cheap café standard at 5 star prices, I send one beef main back because it was like chewing on leather. The best thing would be to stick to the snack menu (Prego) and a cold beer.

Great for a business trip
Comfortable room, nice breakfast, kind staff, restaurant and bar are good options for business meetings, good location.

Meu profundo respeito a Sr Janete; a camareira Sra.Theresa; A fantástica equipe do restaurante, pela presteza, comida deliciosa, cuidado, educação, preocupação e carinho. Aliás, este local tem a melhor lasanha da cidade!! Obrigada Sr.Jose Manoel/Manoel Caldeira e Francisco André. Por último mas não menos importante, a equipe da lavanderia e manutenção merecem meu apreço.

Prices in Luanda are high but the quality of the hotel is not acceptable. The air conditioning does not always work which is unacceptable. In the lobby they turn it off to save money. The wifi sometimes yes, sometimes no. Bad service that is disconnected from reality by not agreeing with the demands of a clientele like the one they intend to serve. Well located. It's the only thing that would stand out.
