Gostaria de expressar meu profundo agradecimento à equipe. Hospedagem maravilhosa. Todos atenciosos e muito prestativos. Meu profundo respeito a Sr Janete; a camareira Sra.Theresa; A fantástica equipe do restaurante, pela presteza, comida deliciosa, cuidado, educação, preocupação e carinho. Aliás, este local tem a melhor lasanha da cidade!! Obrigada Sr.Jose Manoel/Manoel Caldeira e Francisco André. Prices in Luanda are high but the quality of the hotel is not acceptable. The air conditioning does not always work which is unacceptable. In the lobby they turn it off to save money. The wifi sometimes yes, sometimes no. Bad service that is disconnected from reality by not agreeing with the demands of a clientele like the one they intend to serve. Well located. It's the only thing that would stand out.

We were at the Hotel Presidente due to an irregularity in our flight. Very friendly staff, great food, good location on the bay with a fabulous view. We were tired and irritated by the kindness of the staff and the quality of the service made us forget everything. I recommend!

Great hotel, the personnel are very polite and professional. The food is very good and the sea view is waw. Location is also great but it s not preferable for a lady to leave the hotel by herself, a bit insecure. The rooms are clean but the decor could be better.

Rooms are decent, sound sleep quality. Room service is good, food is excellent and the top side bar has a great view of the sea. Walking distance from the port, where I had most of my work and the internet works really well too. All the staff is well mannered and respond quickly to all queries. Overall good stay and recommended for a visit.
