The hotel is slowly downgrading their standards
The rooms had only 1 towel, so we requested extra towels before going to dinner. When we came back, the towels were still not replaced.
The shower was not working properly, making it difficult to wash. I reported before I left

Parabéns pelo serviço. Hotel muito melhor do que esperava. A localização é óptima e verifica-se uma grande melhoria no serviço desde a minha última estadia em 2023! A melhor escolha para quem recorre a estadia entre voos ou para conhecer a cidade. Ofereceram road trips por Luanda e uma sala para reuniões! Parabéns à gestão!

The AC didn’t work except in the bedroom. The bathroom sink and floor was dirty. The main elevator didn’t work. You couldn’t get water and the staff doesn’t speak English.. way overpriced for the accommodations
