在小紅書看到了這家位於老君山附近的名宿，一直收藏着。想着去的時候就去體驗一下。可是挺失望的😂如下
1.訂的7號2間房，7號名宿停電，而我們2點多就到了名宿，中午1點多管家打我電話也沒告知名宿停電，如告知肯定更換酒店了。開了一天車到酒店就想好好休息的。沒電的情況下酒店也不能做飯，我們又開着車去了別的地方吃飯。回來後還是沒電，摸黑爬了5層樓梯想着酒店會送點小果盤啥的安慰下吧。然而並沒有
2.8號續住一晚，本想在攜程下單的。管家讓我直接轉賬。700元2間。預訂了8號的晚餐 説實話味道一般。西紅柿炒蛋基本沒怎麼吃。管家看到了來詢問，家人表示西紅柿沒有炒的很爛，很生硬硬的。管家知道後也沒有説什麼，也沒説重新幫我們加工一下
3.9號早上7點退房，房卡放在吧枱。1點多管家給我發了個視頻，被套上有筆的痕跡。説洗不掉，讓我以她們全新的價格買下來，全新價格183.3元。我表示這個已經被很多人睡過，並清洗，應該有折舊費。如果是全新的那我可以以183.3元的價格買下。管家回覆她們床單一客一清洗，表示寄給我，我還可以用？？我真的無語住了…隨後聯繫了攜程客服，讓客服處理。奇葩的來了（商家告知攜程客服8號我是轉賬的和攜程沒關係，讓攜程不要插手）在我強烈的要求下，管家告訴我幫我折扣掉10%的折舊費，並沒有和我商量在我同意下退回我236元（咱們就是説，睡了無數次洗了無數次的被套折舊費18.3元😒）我還是覺得不合理，又聯繫了攜程，最終賠償134元，然後管家就不回覆消息了。就這個服務行業，這個服務態度，這個溝通方式太差勁了…已告知小紅書羣朋友們避雷這家名宿

老君山山腳下 票務中心背面的位置 很有設計感 雖然是特惠房但裝修也在線 本來定了兩晚 結果趕上大停電 跑路回洛陽了 畢竟不知道供電局説7、8點來電是不是真的來

體驗感一般，帶着兩個孩子住的套房，想多要一條被子還要三催四催，最後還要告訴我客滿，被子是好不如騰出來的。退房當天因為一早要趕回家，想提前半小時7：30吃早飯，（早餐不是自助，是一份一份的）結果廚房阿姨冷臉告知不能提前吃，因為小菜是一起炒的，（那我想問下那些九十點起床的客人小菜你們是怎麼保温的？）房間住的兩大一小，給了兩份半的早餐，我也是無語了。

民宿設計有格調 很有心意 服務的小哥哥小姐也很熱情 房間整潔 冬天去也很暖和 有地暖 當時是去老君山 結果沒有搶到票 最後老闆娘非常給力 幫忙解決了票務問題 順利的上山了 感恩這次相遇！以後再去還會選擇這家的！

設計感滿滿又貼心服務的民宿！我們定的是親子房，小朋友沒試過自己睡，一看到帳篷床就説自己睡了。地暖開的很足，早餐豐富，還有24小時酒吧，房間乾淨整潔，一樓的閲讀休閑區是大人的天堂，二樓的小童區域內容豐富。一定會再次預訂也推薦給朋友
