來欒川旅行和朋友一起預訂的房間，環境設施都超過預期，來欒川旅遊中轉的好去處，旁邊就是購物廣場，非常的方便。

這是第四年入住伊水灣酒店，孩子很喜歡這裏的環境和美食及服務，還有機器人服務引導送房間，酒店的服務很周到，小童樂園孩子一直很喜歡，早餐種類豐富很有特色，還享受了一下艾草泡腳的泡腳盆，水果很新鮮還多給了一份，服務特別熱情周到，走時還送了欒川玉米參一份，兩個小孩子給酒店寫了感謝信還給送了兩個驅蚊手環，小朋友很喜歡！明年再來住！

酒店設施齊全，房間衞生，早餐豐富，酒店工作人員服務熱情周到。酒店提供免費接送到雞冠洞和老君山的服務，對住店客人很方便。

大晚上入住，本想讓孩子早點兒休息，結果一掀開被子，各種奇怪毛髮七八根吧，就在薄薄的床單下若隱若現，一下子被噁心到了。另外，我習慣進房間後用酒精濕巾給房間各處擦一擦，結果擦出大黑手印。房間裏的衣架已經掉皮掉到快沒顏色了。雖然感謝服務員給更換了床單，也送來了水果致歉。但是實際衞生情況還是反映一下吧。另外，餐廳的服務員，尤其是煮麪條的小哥，對客人絕對是愛搭不理的，太累的話要不回去歇歇吧。
