來觀瀾山水已不止一次，山水，房間，服務每次都有不同的感受和享受，尤其這次，又多了一份感動，這次因嗓子發炎，不能吃辣，酒店人多廚房忘記了，做的菜放了辣椒，我們提出意見，酒店第一時間就退了，以為這樣就挺好了，誰知經理親自到房間送水果道歉，接下來的每頓飯都單獨給我們做病號飯，連早餐的自助餐都單獨給我們做，家，家人也不過如此，這次的觀瀾之行，視覺美景如畫，味覺家的味道，感覺回家了，謝謝🙏我還會來的

環境真的很不錯，出門就是山水，民宿的游泳池孩子們特別喜歡，吃飯的話就是在民宿點餐，飯菜味道還可以，其他吃飯地方衹能去縣城吃，開車路程大概十幾分鍾

第一天入住房間的房頂漏水，給前台反映了後換了房間。從漏水的地方看，漏的不是一兩天了，這種房間怎麼可以讓入住的？覺得房間設施配不上六百多一天的這個價錢，體驗感很差，還有就是在酒店點的飯菜很不好吃，在點菜之前特意看了看牆上的廚師簡介什麼榮獲一等獎之類的，結果點了六百多的菜，大家一致認為還不如自助餐，很失望。羊肉串6塊一串，給老闆反映羊肉太小了老闆説多給了幾串💔好吧

民宿地理位置優越，在房間露台上即可觀賞湖光山色的美景，距離各景點也都不遠，房間內乾淨衞生，設施俱全，兼具娛樂性和舒適性，民宿還有泳池、小童樂園，非常適合帶孩子來玩，湖邊還能釣魚，最重要的是還可以免費攜帶寵物，家裡大小朋友還有毛孩子都很滿意呢

民宿很好，整個入住過程愉快的且放心，房間的佈局很是清新脱俗，各類設施齊全，還有超多娛樂設施，在這裏享受了度假生活，衞生更是細緻，非常滿意的一次入住體驗，真的是超級漂亮的房子，落地窗視野很開闊，裝修風格也是一絕，床品也非常舒適，有種在家住的感覺，強烈推薦!!!下次還來!
