房間衞生還湊合，電梯裏一股臭味，那個地毯簡直骯臟不行，窗簾也不遮光，五六點就透光，真的很差。前台還湊合。

整體感覺還不錯，但第一次住漢庭要求12點退房，不退房超時就按照鐘點房價格加錢，鉑金會員也必須要用華住會才能享用延遲退房，積分也沒有及時到賬（內部員工可以違規積分嘛）
