酒店在馬路的十字路口很好找，停車場在酒店門口非常方便，酒店房間乾淨整潔，每個房間送4瓶水，樓下餐廳的安徽菜味道不錯，不用跑到外面吃飯了。

這次入住漢庭酒店的體驗特別不錯，完全超出了我的預期！房間整體特別乾淨整潔，床單被套摸起來柔軟親膚，沒有異味和污漬，衞生間也乾爽無積水，還貼了消毒標識，住着特別放心。床品舒適度很高，躺上去能緩解旅途疲憊，部分房型的零壓床墊和智能調光系統更是加分，晚上睡得特別安穩。日常所需的洗漱用品、熱水供應都很齊全，工作人員服務也很熱情，有需求響應得很快，不管是商務出行還是旅遊住宿，都特別合適，下次還會選擇這裏～

房間衞生還湊合，電梯裏一股臭味，那個地毯簡直骯臟不行，窗簾也不遮光，五六點就透光，真的很差。前台還湊合。

在前台辦理入住，因為預訂的是沒有早餐的房間，問前台加一份早餐多少錢，前台沒告訴我正常一份多少錢，跟我説可以免費得到早餐，讓我打開手機掃碼再把我的手機拿過來註冊了華住會員，在此之間沒有告訴我為什麼要掃碼，然後註冊了會員後才告訴我要花49元充值會員，然後下次就是免費的了，問我到底要不要購買這個會員，我説不用，她就那就好了，入住辦理完成了，我就拿着房卡準備上樓，我當時暈乎乎的以為早餐這樣的就可以了，一想不對勁又折回來問前台現在早餐有了嗎，前台説沒有，我真的氣死了，可憐可氣從頭到尾我都不知道我幹了什麼，我也真的很討厭別人用我的手機操作東西，太生氣了

頭天晚上喝多了酒，第二天下午4點左右才退房，本以為酒店會收取超時間退房費用，但是前台服務很好，不但沒有收取，走的時候還送我一瓶水。以後每次來葉集區出差都會來這家酒店

整體感覺還不錯，但第一次住漢庭要求12點退房，不退房超時就按照鐘點房價格加錢，鉑金會員也必須要用華住會才能享用延遲退房，積分也沒有及時到賬（內部員工可以違規積分嘛）
