This hotel has an excellent location, spacious and bright rooms, complete facilities, and very friendly service staff. It was a very pleasant stay.

The mattresses on the beds swayed in the middle. Very uncomfortable.
I asked for an extra blanket and the front desk person retrieved it from the laundry area. When I opened it up in my room there was a bed bug on it. This prompted me to closely inspect the beds. I found three more.
I would have demanded a refund and left had I not booked through a third party.

The hotel is fine. The room (King with Sofa Bed) is clean and comfortable. What really should be applauded is the young man at the front desk, Derek! He made certain our need for a first floor was granted. Once in the room, we realized the TV was not working properly. We called him, and within 15 minutes he, personally, brought a new television, placed it, and made certain it worked. Properly before he left. His prompt, personal attention made our evening far better! He should be commended for his service!

Employees Matter
Front desk employees were beyond helpful and friendly. I had absolutely no issues during my stay, but I can guarantee if I did the employees I met during check-in would have went above and beyond to fix the issue. Very warm and welcoming people. No matter how nice a hotel is the employees can make or break it if their attitude is miserable. And the two employees at check-in were just a delight.

Room was clean. Walls were thin. I didn't appreciate until I got into the room that a double is 2 DOUBLE beds not 2 queens. Can't remember a time when I booked a room with 2 double beds. Clean room. Bath towels were good thickness. Service was good. We ate free breakfast today. Loved the waffle maker! Cafe was not lit. Would like customer access to lights when staff forget.Hard to see without lights.
