First time coming, the front office staff service, bell boy is very friendly and comfortable, the check in process is one set, got an upgrade to a spacious premier room, the breakfast menu is delicious and has many variations, feels like a home stay at Santika Premier Malang, I feel at home. Next time I go to Malang, I will stay here again. Thanks

Good hotel with nice pool / bar area. Friendly service and excellent breakfast. Spacious and clean room. Only point of improvement is the bathroom, which is very basic.
