衛生還可以，環境不錯，可以看見美麗的沙灘，服務態度很友善，兩年內入住了多次，設施還可以，欣賞他的餐廳，出品的食物比較好吃，值得入住

Fab old style hotel - with great old style service. We had a wonderful time at the victoria and will be back. Trip advisor demands 200 characters so let me tell you about my car. It's a 2016 Vauxhall Insignia silver grey nice wheels... fully loaded.

We stayed for one night in a spacious sea view room which had two double beds. The room had everything we needed, and was well positioned for exploring the beach and town. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The only downside was that there was noise from a function room until quite late (it was a Friday, so understandable) and the walls generally seem quite thin so we could hear the room next door fairly easily. Ear plugs easily blocked this. We will definitely stay again.

We had a great room with a sea view. Pleasant meal. 30 of us for an afternoon tea which was very good. Staff very helpful. We were there to celebrate our friend's life as she was born in Lowestoft. One of our party had trouble with the sash windows. Price of drinks was rather high.

Home from home. Such friendly staff. Room was lovely comfy and warm. We keep returning every year as we enjoy the hole package. From reception room lovely breakfast and good choice and great evening meals. Can't wait to go back again. See you soon.

We were upgraded from a twin room to a family room. The hotel is right next to the beach. The breakfast room had an amazing view of the beach and sunrise. The vegan breakfast we had was of good quality. The room itself was spacious, extremely clean and a pleasant. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would completely recommend this hotel. In fact I am planning to go back very soon.

Fantastic location on the sea front. Parking available at the hotel. Warm welcome to the hotel- all staff were friendly. Staying on my own but had double bed a lovely big bathroom. Breakfast included in my break- given sheet on arrival to request hot breakfast- cooked to order & had a lovely sea view seat in the restaurant. Only small negatives- no tomatoes one morning, key card stopped working & carpet on stairs a bit worn in places, otherwise a great stay!! Definitely would stay again

The Hotel Victoria was as good as always, with a warm welcome upon arrival. Our sea view room was warm and well furnished. Breakfast (Full English) was just what was needed to start a busy day. Always nice to stay there when we visit Lowestoft.
