for what i paid it was ok. let down by little things, no orange juice for 3 days. dirty cups and trays, needed light bulb changing which was done quickly but chalet was left UNLOCKED, NOT ACCEPTABLE, staff friendly and helpful, food ok, needs update in entertainment and tables and chairs in bar. bar prices high

DO NOT STAY HERE. This site quite frankly is the worse place I have ever stayed. My room was dirty, soiled curtains and mould in the key fobs. The restaurant food was like school dinners. The arcade machines were mostly broken. The site was outdated, overgrown and not looked after. The arcade were serving out of date sweets to all children for the weekend of the 28th - 31st May. And when these complaints were raised- both this site, management and owners of the company fobbed me off as I had not filled in a specific form! Despicable, appalling, disgusting and I would never step foot on one of their sites again.

Thank you Pontins pakefield...very friendly staff receptionist amazing very helpful..chalet very clean on arrival ..well made crisp white sheet and duvet..clean fresh white towels...evening meal delious...was on a turkey and tinsel weekend..had a Christmas meal with all trimmings..table cloth and crackers.Thank you to all dining room assistance so friendly very heloful...entertainment was just brilliant the blue coat Christmas show was just brilliant..Anne always getting guest up and dancing Thank you so much for making our holiday so wonderful..each and Every person working at Pontins..are just special people.....So so going to miss you all when it closed no other holiday will replace ..any guest old..young..disability..solo or couples..from any walk of life you are a Holiday camp extra special for everyone's wellbeing..love you all very much your all a 🌟🌟star...

I went here the first week of November to the 1st of there Turkey and Tinsel weeks . I went here with my mum and we had a fabulous time . The bands they had on were amazing Stevie Ritchie he had an amazing voice and great entertainer , Lee Lard as Peter Kay he had the audience in tears and close to wetting themselves. The evening food was OK but the breakfast was amazing throughly enjoyable. The bluecoats did a great couple of shows in the week and we even got to see Santa. We enjoyed all of the other entertainment like the bingo and we won £35.00 . It's sad knowing there closing at the end of the year . All the best for the future xx

Thankyou Pontins for a wonderful country music break .We stayed in a club chalet ,it was very comfortable. The entertainment was superb especially the Shania Twain tribute and the food was good with plenty of choices for both meat and non meat eaters The staff were all very helpful and friendly too ,We had a lovely time, hope to come back soon.

Going to need another holiday to recover. Rooms are bad really bad .Bathroom even worse ..Did not find the reception staff very welcoming 🙄. Food OK jacket potato's were lovely ..Sadly a lot of greedy people with plates over flowing .I heard some people have little choice after the greedy people take what they want ..Shows were good .Beach access is very dangerous I felt take care .. Some guests were lovely especially the elderly ones .Beware the chalets only have one pillow per person 🙄. Lovely fish pond and baby 🐰 bunnies running around ..Beding was clean as were the towels ..No protection on the very uncomfortable bed .
