I come to the area regularly. Decided to give this property a try. It was interesting to say the least. 1. Properties looks and feels like the last renovation was in the 80’s. Dated. Run down. 2. Only one of two elevators working. Waiting five minutes for an elevator during the day because it was being used by housekeeping (no service elevators) 3. Furniture in rooms is old, worn out. Uncomfortable. 4. Curtains had dark spots all over them. Could not tell if it was dirt, mild, or something else. 5. Dead insects in the room at the hearing units and on some of the drapes. Two large and very alive spiders living on the ceiling of the room. 6. Walls had scuff marks all over the place and had obviously patched holes. 7. Half of the spaces in the parking lot were filled by trucks ranging from panel trucks to 18-wheelers, all parked lengthwise tasking up multiple marking spaces near the front, leaving those of us with cars to schlep further. 8. Property at the intersection of three highways. Noisy with road traffic. 9. They do not accept American Express. This place was just not nice. Not clear. Not comfortable. Not relaxing.

All the staff were very kind and went the extra mile to make sure me and my partner were happy. Front Desk was super generous. Pool Area was very clean and the gym was neat. my room met beyond expectations. i was very very pleased to stay.
