This was my third stay at this hotel, and each visit has been a wonderful experience. The location is convenient, offering great value for our stay. The staff, from the owner to the desk clerks, breakfast area caretaker, and room service personnel, are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel is immaculate, with a pleasant aroma. Coffee, lemonade, and cookies are available in the lobby throughout the day and evening. The complimentary breakfast offers a plentiful, delicious selection with many choices. The rooms are spacious, with very comfortable beds, and both the bedroom and bathroom are spotless. We enjoyed the King suite, which features a sitting area with a sofa. Room amenities include a microwave, coffee maker, small refrigerator, and a large-screen TV. Additionally, the hotel boasts a small gym and pool and is just a block away from an outdoor mall that includes a variety of restaurants.

I've stayed in many comfort suites across the country and this was by far one of the best. It started with a warm welcome from Vinay S. And continued with his exceptional care of our needs. Breakfast was good cookies were great,his staff was friendly and attentive. Rooms were spacious and immaculate. The hotel is near everything in Harrisburg. We will be staying there next year. Spotless clean, super breakfast, Vinay, S., outstanding host, in charge of the dining area, and also worked the front desk, made sure we had everything we needed and even offered us ice cream for the waffles! Great location, love those beds and pillows at Comfort Inn!

My husband and I stayed at this Comfort Inn for four nights as we attended a local conference. We were very impressed with the hospitality and friendliness of the manager and his staff. Everything was very clean and the mattress was extremely comfortable for my bad back. The breakfast was typical for most hotels but it included many items. All in all, it was a great choice at an affordable price.

Our room as clean as you could hope for and the staff was friendly, helpful and courteous. The real issues have to do with cheap construction, poor design and probably lack of owner maintenance. The elevator was not working during our 4 day stay. There is absolutely no soundproofing in the rooms, so expect a loud and noisy stay. A major security concern: The back door entrance had a security card reader, but apparently did not work because the door was either always unlocked or bolted shut from inside with a manual slide lock. The actual entrance into the hotel is in the only drive entrance to the property - meaning you are dangerously in the middle of two way traffic trying to walk into or out of the hotel. Parking is very limited. There are no towel bars in the bathroom- only one lame hook. The printer for guest use did not work. Thank you to the staff, as they did the best they could with the situation.

Old, dingy rooms that need touch ups. Horrible parking. Stale cookies in the front at check in. Bathroom lights flickered so bad, when reported we were told its on the list. Bathroom was ok, but staff hovered too much.

I'm very impressed. VERY clean! Friendly staff and very accommodating for my pet. I got a room close to an exit for we could go in and out often. I didn't see any poop bag holders or outside trash can for pet waste. One thing that would be great to add to the breakfest.. something for the dogs.

The hotel was clean but a little worn. I was not impressed when we checked in…it took awhile to even get someone to the front desk. The breakfast was average. The parking lot is horrendous. I highly doubt I would stay here again. The value was good…I guess you get what you pay for!

The only good thing about this hotel is the Wi-Fi. The check-in person was unfriendly, keeping us waiting whilst he argued with someone on the phone. The front desk is often unmanned as staff tend to hide in the back — I’d hide too if I worked at a hotel this bad! Upon entering the room, there was a musty, dirty bathroom smell. Over the six days I stayed, I received no housekeeping! And judging by the piles of dirty towels and sheets in the hallway, neither did anyone else. When I mentioned this to the owner, he said “you should have asked or used the orange card to request it.” At other Choice Hotels, they cleaned at least every other day. Tip: if you do book this hotel, note that the parking lot is “one way in, one way out” I’m so if you have a big car, you will struggle to get it back out. With so many other choices of hotels in the area, this one should be avoided at all costs.
