I would recommend this hotel. The rooms were well appointed and extremely clean. Loved the lemon scented bath products too. The staff could not have beem more professional and friendly. The restaurant in the hotel was great - nice atmosphere, again friendly staff. Portions large enough to share. Would definitely stay there again when I am in the area.

My daughter and I have gone to Hersheypark at least once a year for the past 10 years. This hotel is our go-to. I don't think we would stay anywhere else. Recent renovations look fantastic! The staff and management really do an excellent job taking care of things. The indoor pool is a real plus. Highly recommended this hotel for those who drive to Hersheypark.

I was there for a work conference. The front desk staff were so nice, helpful, and prompt. My room was one of the nicest hotel rooms I have ever stayed in—little patio, very spacious, extremely clean, and decorated nicely. I told people at the conference how nice the hotel and rooms were and they agreed!

My husband and I had a great experience at the Best Western Premier. I had a work-related conference nearby, and we decided to make a weekend out of it and stay two nights in Harrisburg. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The hotel is conveniently located next to a shopping center with lots of conveniences, like a Panera and a dollar store, and within short driving distance of downtown Harrisburg. Hershey Park is not far, either. The hotel itself has a lot to offer--a large swimming pool, arcade and game room. We ended up going to the restaurant/bar on site, O'Reilly's Tap Room, for several meals as we were really happy with the service and the food. Great, affordable breakfast buffet!

This is the absolute best hotel in the Harrisburg/Hershey area! Peter the GM goes above and beyond. Jessica in sales made planning our party so easy and seamless. Matt in set-up also went above and beyond, assisting with last minute additions. The food provided by Chef TJ and Chef Lee was fantastic, as was the presentation. Our banquet server Zee was friendly and efficient and our bartender Gary was quick, friendly and made great drinks! Elke, Cayleigh and Zack in the restaurant are all top tier team members! I can't say enough about how amazing our stay and event were, my entire group raved about the rooms, the amenities, the food and the location. It is not just a beautiful hotel, it is also the team that truly cares for every guest! Thank you all for a great week, we will be back! 😉

Was at the Central Hotel & Conference Centre for a week to attend the GSP National Specialty... a beautiful venue, well appointed and spacious rooms, good onsite restaurant and extremely helpful and amiable staff made this a 10/10 experience.
