La chambre était propre, le restaurant très moyen au vu du tarif, les tables du petit déjeuner étaient toutes sales. J'ai failli devoir payer 2 fois la chambre et la taxe de séjour. Bref très moyen pour un niveau Mercure.

Beste Wahl in Saint-Lo
Besseres Hotel für französische Verhältnisse. Große Zimmer möglich für Familien. Parken ist kostenlos vor und hinter dem Hotel möglich. Frühstück "english breakfast" und französische Süßspeisen.
Mitarbeiter können ausreichend englisch.
Location ist im Zentrum der Stadt.

Ma chambre n’a pas été refaite alors que je me suis absentée de 14h le 31à 1h le 1er janvier.
C’est la première fois que je vis cela dans un 4 étoiles.

Personne a l'accueil peu souriante qui ne comprends pas que si c'est déjà débité de mon compte c'est que c'est déjà payé et que je n'ai pas a payer une seconde fois.
