Our stay at this hotel left a lot to be desired. The room had a musty odor at times, and the carpet was very dirty, which made the space feel poorly maintained. The pool was also not up to standard—there was a visible film floating on the surface, which made us uncomfortable using it. Breakfast was mediocre at best. There were no healthy options available—no fruit at all, and the oatmeal was watery. The waffles stuck to the griddle, and the only cereals offered were Froot Loops and Raisin Bran—hardly a "breakfast of champions." The sausage was extremely oily, as was the turkey bacon. I didn’t try the eggs, so can’t comment on those. On the bright side, the staff in the breakfast area were extremely helpful, friendly, and gracious. While most guests didn’t tip, we made a point to do so because of how kind and attentive the breakfast staff were. Unfortunately, that level of service didn’t extend to the front desk, where we were barely acknowledged throughout our stay. Overall, the hospitality from the breakfast staff was the highlight, but the hotel really needs to improve cleanliness, food quality, and front desk service to offer a better guest experience.

Once again, this hotel is NOT prepared for power outages. While the outage due to storms isn’t there fault. The management REFUSES to invest in a generator or even adequate alternative means of lighting(outside of emergency lights… and those are minimal. Also room windows do NOT open to allow ventilation. Do NOT stay here if you have medical devices(like a CPAP) that require power. I’m a Hilton Diamond member who literally travels for a living, and this is UNACCEPTABLE for a location that also sees a lot of families for the nearby Sesame Place. The management of this location does not care enough about their clientele to invest in a backup power source. Stay at your own risk!

Didn’t even stay the night. Room was dirty and so was the elevator and hallway carpets. Very disappointed. This is a professional area and the hotel should be up to par. Staff was wonderful and lobby area was nice, but deceiving as the rooms were not as updated.
