En Soleil by SVR

We have stayed at this property for 20 plus years and love it. Upon arrival and we reached out to the Kim's Condos with concerns and they kept saying they would get to it at the first of the year. No water pressure in the kitchen, Plugs not working in the master bath, TVs are a challenge,( we stayed in the unit this past summer). The ddi not have the unit ready for guest and were still charging a premium winter rate. If you review their contract they will not adjust your rate many items listed like air conditioner going, out , etc. just try to fix it in a timely matter. They made no offer to do so in our case. I specifically ask if if they were going to do anything about it and she said "No". Literally we have a triple of water in the kitchen, my spouse is drying her hair at the kitchen table. This is a 2 bedroom condo in December that's still almost $500.00 a. night with all there add on fees. Comparable to others that manage condos in the area if you look when booking there are surcharging multiple things. Pool bands, parking etc, I have never been charged through other renters at this property. I know this because we checked on the weeks we always come in June for 2024 and they are on their bill list. When I booked this time I just did it on a phone call, they never sent a copy of a bill to show what the charge break down was at first, but when I did they had included a $39.00 insurance plan for damages with no option to opt until I said I did not want that coverage. It was a third party risk company that you probably you probably never get claim paid for and the coverage was for only $3000.00. What a scam.... I have never written a review about a vendor company but do I not expect much customer service from this organization. They seem to be like many doing business, as a cash grab, they do not really care if you stay or book through them or experience is what it should be a a higher end property. With the supply and demand so high they can just treat their customers how ever they want. Treating customers poorly is a damaging strategy, you never know who that person is or who they know..........
