Another amazing stay at South Lodge. The staff went above and beyond to make my husband’s birthday extra special. Our room was incredible and the spa was heavenly. We had a lovely dinner in Camellia and the breakfast on both days was superb. Thank you for making it such a wonderful weekend.

Excellent stay for a 40th bday celebration. The spa was incredible, fabulous cocktails at the bar and some lovely touches provided by the team to make our time extra special. Can't wait to go back in the summer and enjoy the wild pool in the sun!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay over the Christmas period. I travelled with my daughter and we left well slept and relaxed. The team were attentive and kind with nothing being too difficult. Everyone was welcoming and friendly. The room was much bigger than expected. We had so much space! Bathroom was equally as large with a walk in steam shower. Pressure was wonderful. Room was clean and well appointed. I was a little warm overnight however, they provide a fan in the room so had that on and slept so well!! Products are molton brown which smelled so good. Food was tasty and well presented. Breakfast offered quick service and team again were ready to assist with anything.We ate in the bar and enjoyed the atmostphere. The hotel was so beautifully decorated for Christmas. We really loved just sitting in the ambience. We can't wait to come back again. Thank you!

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying a night in the recently opened Reeds Eco Lodges. I must say everything from the layout of the two bedroom suite to the arrival drinks and treats was excellent. A member of staff gave us a thorough tour of the property and then made us some lovely gin cocktails, which were fantastic. the view over the wild swim lake was beautiful, although it was a little bit too cold to swim as the lake was frozen. The beds were very comfy and the shower was amazing. In the morning we had a choice of having breakfast in the main Hotel (Camellia), the spa (botanica) or having a hamper delivered to our lodge. We chose the hamper, and were were not disappointed. It came with a selection of fresh baked pastries, a sour dough loaf straight from the oven, freshly laid eggs, fruit's, yoghurts, granola and cured meats, Absolutely delicious. If you get the chance you must try one of the lodges, as they truly are a unique five star experience.

Many thanks to all the staff and especially to Agata It's the second time I have stayed. A group of us stayed at South Lodge a month ago and for me it was such unique experience! The Spa is outstanding, I wish I had more free time to pamper myself.. Food is also delicious especially breakfast! Waiters are also very attentive and polite. A special mention to Agata who works at reception, so helpful and friendly she helped me so much to change rooms and she went above and beyond to make sure that the new room was perfect for me. It's really worth visiting South Lodge I’m hoping to return soon on my own to pamper myself again.

Amazing stay here great facilities and staff friendly. I would especially like to Say a big thank you to the Greek lady called Agatha who was working overnight, she was such a lovely friendly lady who really made us very welcome and went out of her way to make sure we had the best stay. South Lodge Hot provided a delightful and memorable anniversary stay. Our accommodations were exquisite, enhanced by a thoughtful handwritten welcome note. Exceptional service was consistently provided; Lucas in the bar was exceptionally accommodating, while Adam in Camellia demonstrated extensive wine knowledge and thoughtfully arranged a celebratory cake. Matthew's friendly breakfast service included helpful local recommendations, and afternoon tea, expertly hosted by Eleanor and explained by David, concluded our perfect visit.
