Sometimes predictability is good as is the case with a Holiday Inn. This hotel is in an office park. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed. My husband forgot his toothbrush and quickly received a new one at the front desk. Check in and out were simple. The hotel is clean and nicely decorated. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was very good. I have no complaints at all.

This place seemed nice, but we had significant sleep interruptions here. For one thing, the smoke detector and sprinkler have flashing lights that are blinking in your eyes all night long...really annoying. Then on our last night, there was a wedding party above us. They came in about 1:30 AM and were making unbelievable amounts of noise ALL NIGHT LONG. Constantly walking back and forth, dropping things, etc, etc. My husband was not able to get any sleep all night, so he missed several sessions of the conference we had paid to attend. Front desk did virtually nothing to address the issue, and never offered us any compensation at all. Also, the breakfast room wasn't in very good order...no operational toasters.

Rooms are clean-plenty of bathroom towels and plenty of bed pillows. Breakfast is very average, and the breakfast attendent closed up 30 minutes before the posted time, by removing the hot items, the breads, and leaving only cold cereal and coffee, juice, each day we stayed there (Sat and Sun). The girl at the front desk did not care when I brought this to her attention, simply handed me the managers card.. the walls are fairly thin, I could hear the alarm clork in the adjacent room, and the children playing in the hallway after 9pm. Must be a popular hotel, the location is great.

This is a nice, quiet location free of any freeway or plane noise, and the staffing was very pleasant. However, despite being a relatively new location (2+ years), it's seems to have its problems: painfully slow elevators, a 4 minute wait for hot water (on the 4th floor), broken pool, broken ice maker, hallway floors that flex/move as you walk (and we're on the lighter side of things), floorboards and walls that were visibly dirty in our room, empty soap and sanitizer dispensers in the lobby area...in addition to the paper thin towels often found in Holiday Inn. In summary: a stay longer than a day or two would be frustrating.

We had the times of our lives. The staff was amazing! I'd like to give a special thanks to Donna, she was most helpful and recommended a great place for us to dine. Her smile says it all! The rooms were perfect. Thanks we will be back soon The Brickhouse Family
