Wir waren jetzt schon zum zweiten Mal in diesem wunderschönen Hotel. Sehr geräumige, saubere und gemütliche Zimmer, gute Lage, sehr freundliches Personal und ein traumhaftes Frühstück - wir kommen wieder.

Sehr gepflegtes Hotel in einem Gebäude aus der Jahrhundertwende. Freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet mit vielen Produkten aus der näheren Umgebung, von lokalen Produzenten und kroatischen Ursprungs. Hoteleigener Parkplatz mit direktem Zugang zum Hotel, kostenpflichtig. Zimmer mit Balkon und Meerblick sehr groß mit extrem hohen Decken, sehr hell. Badezimmer könnte eine Modernisierung vertragen. WLAN etwas schwach. Trotz direkt an der Straße nachts keinen Straßenlärm, da ohnehin weniger los ist, und Fenster und die Türe zum Balkon sehr gut schallisoliert sind. Bus nach Opatija hält direkt vis-a-vis vom Hotel. Atmosphäre, Flair, hervorragendes Frühstück und der wunderbar gepflegte Garten haben uns sehr gefallen. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis: Top. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten.

Die Villa liegt direkt an der Hauptstraße und ca. 3min vom Meer entfernt. Die Villa verfügt über einen Parkplatz hinter dem Haus. (Kostenpflichtig, wird extra verrechnet) Die Zimmer sind groß und sauber. Sie verfügen über eine Klimaanlage, einen Wasserkocher und eine Mini Bar. Es gibt zwar einen Föhn am Zimmer, dessen Leistung reicht aber leider für lange Haare nicht aus. Unbedingt Föhn selbst mitnehmen! Der Service ist wirklich toll. Die Damen und Herren im Service, egal ob Frühstück,Rezeption oder Reinigung, sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück bietet alles was man braucht und es wird permanent alles nachgelegt. Von 7 bis 10 hat man volle Auswahl. Über die Villa selbst und den Service kann ich nichts negatives sagen. Man muss sich nur bewusst sein, dass die eine Unterkunft ist die keinen Pool hat und keinen Strandabschnitt! Also wer einen Badeurlaub plant, sollte sich anderweitig umsehen. Es ist zwar direkt der öffentliche Strand in 3min erreichbar, aber die Liegen kosten ein Vermögen. Ebenso wird jeder Toilettengang und jede Dusche dort verrechnet. Aber sollte man den Nationalpark erkunden wollen, Spaziergängen und Radtouren geplant haben, kann ich die Villa Guten Herzens allen empfehlen die eine ruhige, kleine und Serviceorientierte Unterkunft wollen.

Excellent breakfast and service. Very nice room with seaview. Good atmosphere and location at the Lungomare with its bars and konobas. Its easy to go with the bus to Opatja. a good idea is, to charter a boat for a trip along the riviera or to Cres.

What a fantastic receptionist! A warm friendly welcome makes all the difference
The standard rooms are located in the roof with dorma windows. Sea view perhaps should be described as sea side as alot of trees look like they obstruct view.
Very comprehensive buffet breakfast with outdoor garden seating when weather permits. Very close to beach and pleasant walk via prom to centre.
2 negatives: they charge 15 euros a night to park when local car park (300 meters away)and on street is free plus 4* hotel and they charge 2 euros extra to make cappuccino with fresh milk rather than using powder milk from machine!

Great room, superb breakfast!
Spatious, comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. Convenient parking. And one of the best breakfasts that I ever had in a hotel!
