Direi piacevole soggiorno, posizione ottima,camere pulite bagno nuovo,però un porta asciugamano vicino al lavandino non sarebbe male. Abbiamo anche cenato, menù fisso ma direi siamo andati benissimo, sulla colazione si può migliorare,sulla varietà. Comunque nel complesso ci tornerei e lo consiglio. Molto simpatico il proprietario e con una (Spalla)come aiutante molto caratteristica una coppia bene assortita

Hotel tranquillo vicinissimo al Lago e alla passeggiata con parcheggio privato, la stanza comoda,pulizia impeccabile , gentilezza da parte di tutto il personale che al check-out ci hanno dato la possibilità di lasciare la vettura al parcheggio privato colazione ottima e per tutti i gusti... consigliato

Abbiamo soggiornato in occasione di un viaggio di lavoro. Inconsapevolmente e con sorpresa ci siamo trovati in ottima posizione per visitare il bellissimo borgo di Lovere. A pochi passi dal lungolago. Camera pulita e confortevole. Colazione abbondante. Gentilezza del personale. Parcheggio coperto. Terremo in conaiderazione quesro hotel anche per visite future.

Avevo prenotato con un cofanetto smartbox che mi era stato regalato a Natale del valore di 150€, una notte io mio marito e la bimba di 9 anni, parecchio tempo fa. Questa mattina mio marito si è svegliato con la febbre a 39, purtroppo non ho potuto avvisare 72 ore prima, visto che è stato un immenso dispiacere in primis x me, un imprevisto. Ho mandato gentilmente una mail alle 7 del mattino appena appresa la notizia; Maria Paola alle 13 ancora non mi aveva risposto…. L’ho chiamata lei molto scortese mi ha detto che non era possibile in alcun modo spostare qs. Weekend… ho perso tutto…. Terribili…. Voto 0, non gli costava assolutamente nulla ospitarci in un altra occasione… pessimi

Alla prenotazione di camera standard richiediamo topper per problemi di schiena: 15€ per topper posizionato in camera fronte lago. Lago visibile in un angolo di 20°. Ok ma si capisce l'intenzione di ... spremere il prezzo con espedienti come questo. All'arrivo: proposta di Parcheggio coperto dell'hotel comprensivo di tassa soggiorno (accorpate?) 10€. Paghiamo per poi scoprire che il piazzale antistante aveva il parcheggio gratuito e senza limite la domenica. Vabbé non chiedere lo scorporo del prezzi: topper senza camera con vista? Tassa di soggiorno senza parcheggio... Comunque camera bella, bagno con doccia fantastica. Colazione senza infamia senza lode. Personale: receptionist disponibile e sorridente ma con il preciso mandato di spremere, no comment sull'uomo che era presente alla restituzione della chiave.

chambre : très agréable mais matelas trop mou. sdb : superbe et fonctionnelle petit déjeuner : très bien. large choix. propreté : moyen ( poussière sur et à l'intérieur des meubles ) . emplacement : très bonne situation et terrasse avec vue sur lac personnel : très sympathique.
