Worst hotel to stay at. The rooms smell and they provide nothing for your stay. Didn’t clean rooms daily, if you needed something, you were responsible for taking care of it. Getting clean towels, taking the trash out, getting toilet paper etc. kitchen had no supplies or utensils. No pots or pans. Staff was ill trained and prepared.

The room was clean. And the staff was kind and helpful. It was listed as having a pool but didn’t. And the noise from other guests are easily heard through the walls and ceilings

Room had a terrible smell upon arrival and pillows had a horrible smell. Was not offered any discount and couldn’t be relocated.

The whole staff was awesome and the rooms were clean. I highly recommend staying at the My Place hotel in Loveland when you are visiting Loveland Colorado. The rooms have a full size fridge and cook tops just in case you are trying to save some funds for other activities.

I loved that there was a little kitchenette in the room and a hamper for clothes. The room was set up like a home away from home. I will say, that enormous pothole at the entrance to the driveway could stand to be fixed.

Not awesome
Staff was pleasant. Dish soap and paper towels were provided. Hallway to room smelled like cigarette smoke—been a hot minute since I’ve smelled that in a hotel. Big, dark curly hair ball in bathtub. Kitchen sink faucet not properly secured. Microwave sounded like it was going to explode when we used it—it was SO loud. Definitely don’t consider this one “my place”.
