To begin with I had the wrong room type but I can deal with that. what I could not deal with was the flea infestation that was in the room I was originally placed. After the third-party company assured me that somebody would be coming out to assist me after 45 minutes I went down to the front desk to get keys to a different room. I was in charged six dollars for laundry soap at 2 o’clock in the morning I was not planning on doing my blankets so my husband and I could sleep tonight as they now have fleas specifically a result to the room none of which was our fault. But he doesn’t apologize he doesn’t try to make it right. If anything he could’ve just put it in the room that I had originally wanted but no fleas in the new one so I can appreciate that I guess.

The room was great! Clean room, comfy bed and plenty of nice pillows, a desk to work at. I had everything I needed. Plus, the nearby restaurant provided a nice option for dinner.And Estes Park is a beautiful diversion, I can experience fantastic scenery after finishing work.

Room was very clean and the face cloths the fattest we've ever seen at a hotel. Plenty of hot water for the shower and the wall hvac unit was very quiet. Breakfast was typical hotel fare and the breakfast area was continually kept clean and the food replace.

Room/pool great. Front desk bad. Called before arrival. Megan said she’d call back. Nope. 3 more calls; no answer! Arrived. Front desk person seemed bored. Told her of unreturned/unanswered calls. Her reply: 2 of 3 unanswered calls were on her. No apology or explanation. Wish breakfast service started earlier than 7:00.

The staff here was amazing. The facility looked good from the outside, but there maintenance issues. The entire hot water for the building was down for approximately 24 hours because none of the units had been maintained. The coffee pots quit working the morning we left, so there was not coffee for breakfast.. it appears to be a matter of wait til it breaks to fix anything and only if necessary.

Very clean, beds are wonderful, it felt like a deluxe accommodation, highly recommend this motel. The breakfast was good. It was very quiet overnight, no traffic sounds. The bathroom was well equipped and felt like home. Pillows and linens were very nice. You won't be disappointed. A+++!

Very good choice for Loveland Very good location, on some miles from the center. Friendly staff, great room, good breakfast, quiet but easy accessible. If I would be in this neighbourhood , I surely will choose this hotel again. Do not hesitate to book here!
