Residence Inn Loveland Fort Collins

Moderate place to stay. The room while clean, needs some TLC. Light burned out above the table, desk was wobbly - legs need to be fixed, TV remote was sticky, couch is starting to sag in the middle and the gray panel box could be made less an eye sore. Beware the Pif and Rsf fees tacked on to both your hotel charge and then added on again to the $12/night parking charge. From what can be gathered, the business is charged those fees for local improvement or something and they pass it on to the customer. Adding to the insult was a fee labelled Mastercard - one assumes that you also pick up the cost of using a credit card at this facility. Like most other hotels today, there is no longer daily cleaning service. Not a deal breaker, just something to be aware of. Would I stay here again? Unlikely.

Stayed 1/17/24-1/19/24. Both nights woken up by fire alarm due to burst pipe somewhere in hotel. Staff were as kind as possible however they could not seem to fix issue. Breakfast was burnt scrambled eggs and some other items. They need help

We stayed here the night before we drove up To Rocky Mtn Nat’l park. Convenient location off Interstate 25 but not all the way downtown. In the morning it was an hour drive on 34 to the park along the Big Thompson River. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast good selection of choices and fresh bananas and oranges.

No ada parking in rear, where two rooms exist, ran out of breakfast food at 8:45. Front desk ok, clean rooms, only five Ada parking on premises. Attendant in breakfast area said there was not enough people to make more sausage etc. threw the guests under the bus.

I booked this room before all the others I had called, because of the friendly staff upon the first phone call. When we arrived, I was further impressed because of the staff. Gina, who went above and beyond to make our stay pleasurable. She went to the trouble to show us options for our room, replenished towels and gave us ice. She was incredibly kind. The room was emmaculately clean and I am picky! Loved the room size and comfort. We will stay here again and hope we can soon!

Be informed: although there is a paved parking lot, they charge you $12 a day for parking. We stayed here for almost a week. It was convenient to the places we wanted to go and there was breakfast every morning. The breakfast did have a little variation every day so that was nice. Our reservation was not clear that we would have only a studio and the staff would not/could not change. With three people it was a little cramped...luckily we were so busy it didn't matter much.

I was upgraded to a one bedroom suite and when I looked there were dirty towels and toilet paper left under the sink by Susan. Also found prescription ***** from a previous guest that I turned into Cheryl. Asked to speak to GM Manuela about the issue and she never reached out. Asked Stephanie Linnartz to help and was ignored. If you don’t want a miserable stay go elsewhere.

I recently stayed here, and although the rooms have a bit of wear and tear, we really enjoyed the 2 bedroom suite. We were very comfortable and had plenty of room to spread out. The staff was exceptional. All of the people working the desk, maintenance and especially the woman in charge of breakfast in the mornings were warm & friendly. Breakfast was actually really good every morning. Great coffee options. I would recommend this hotel if you are in the area.

I've stayed here many times over the last 10 years but not in the last 18 months. Returning I found the hotel to be dirty and tired. The chains for the hanging light over our table was greasy and covered in dust. Cabinet doors greasy, nasty. Garbage under sink not emptied from last guest. Room had a foul odor. Carpets are tired as well as furniture and needs replacing. Bedding is old and worn, needs replacing as well as towels. Room amenities have declined but the prices have definitely gone way up! Breakfast was only adequate but the 2nd day, poor. Just a few balls of dried up eggs in the bottom of the pan and sausage that looked like it had been boiled. The pool and the hot tub both need a good cleaning and water change. They have this new charge they don't tell you about...Parking for $12.00 per night! Needless to say, there are now so many choices in that area that we will no longer be using this hotel. No offer of housekeeping the next day but they don't tell you they won't be providing it when you check in. Many rooms with large bags of garbage outside the rooms that sit til the next day. They have garbage cans outside of the housekeeping rooms to put your towels and garbage in. No one notified us that this place would be self service. This is all such a far cry from the nice hotel it used to be. It's a shame to see it go so far downhill in such a short time. A 2 night stay in the smallest room possible was well over $400.00 Definitely not worth it.
