Very mediocre. the photos do not correspond to reality. The rooms need renovation. Breakfast basic. The price was low but it wasn't worth more. the ground floor with the reception and the dining room is somewhat better preserved.

This is not four star hotel. Very bad food. Two meals for dinner. Breakfast is always the same. Hotel is full of season workers who are very noisy and unpolite. Beds are very hard like you are sleeping in the stones. Only good thing in hotel is good stuff on the reception desk. You have much better hotels for this money in Loutraki.Hotel beach is dirty, sunbeds are dirty and the parasols are in very bad condition, It seams that nobody from hotel take care about the beach. I will not go back there.

Μείναμε στο ξενοδοχείο σας οικογενειακά.. Ήταν τέλεια και το δωμάτιο πεντακάθαρο.. Το μόνο κακό θα έλεγα ότι έχει το ξενοδοχείο είναι το πρωινό καθώς τις 2 μέρες που φάγαμε ήταν ότι πιο φτηνό και κακό που έχουμε φάει σε 4στερο ξενοδοχείο.. Ελπίζω να το βελτιώσετε στην πορεία,καθώς αυτό θα αντικαταστήσει την εικόνα σας..

The stars of it need an inspection... old and worn out furniture and appliances. The dispensers on the walls with the cream soaps are bad. Things inside the room that drop its value immediately..roughly everything..the lady who takes care of the rooms excellent and the only one who greeted us with a sweet good morning and a smile because from the rest of the staff.....the politeness is not just a "thank you" unless they snubbed us because of our economy class... On the site they haven't informed that the pool is out of order.
