Aktaion Hotel

We booked this hotel from November 3 to 4, 2022, with my girlfriend. We were greeted very warmly, the room looked very nice, but the problem was discovered at night. Around 3 am, I woke up from the fact that all parts of my body were itching and tingling and that something was crawling on me. At first, we thought it was mosquitoes, but when we turned on the light, we were horrified. The whole room was swarming with bedbugs, they were everywhere, on the walls, in the bed, on the furniture. Right there, in the middle of the night, we packed our things and urgently left this place. We called the administrator (since we did not find any staff at the hotel), reported the problem and left. A ruined vacation and a lot of unpleasant feelings. We wanted to have a good time in this city for another 1 or 2 days, but that same night we had to return home to Athens. We had to wash and steam all the things so that this nasty thing would not start at home. We wrote a letter to the email address hotelaktaion@gmail.com about the problem that had arisen, attached photos of the bedbugs and bites, asked if they wanted to return the money and compensate for the inconvenience caused to us, but they simply ignored this letter.

Excellent listed building, fully renovated with all amenities right in the center of the city! The room is spacious, spotlessly clean with very comfortable beds and a beautiful view! The hotel staff was very kind and willing to give us information about the city! There were restaurants and cafes just a few steps away, while the nearest beach was 50m away! I recommend it unreservedly to anyone who visits Loutra Edipsos and it will definitely be our choice on the next vacation there!

Ευχαριστούμε για πολύ καλό δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ καθαρό. Όταν ζήτησα βραστηρα για να φτιάξω ζεστό τσάι στο δωμάτιο αμέσως τον είχα .Ευχαριστούμε ακόμα για πολύ ωραίο πρωινό στην διπλανή καφετέρια . Ακταίον hotel = φιλοξενία
