Loved it
We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. We stayed on 4th floor which was recently added and the room was fantastic. View was stunning and we had everything we needed. It's very convenient to have a spa in a hotel! Breakfast was great (homemade Greek food)! Natasa, the receptionist, was very welcoming and super friendly. We will return!

Lovely little hotel
Lovely little hotel not far from the centre of town and beaches. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly and spoke good English. We enjoyed using the hotels spa facilities. The only thing that needs some improvement is the shower which doesn’t drain very well. Other than that, a pleasant stay.

Δεν θα μπορούσαμε να κάνουμε καλύτερη επιλογή για τη διαμονή μας! Αν και 6μελής οικογένεια, αισθανθήκαμε σαν στο σπίτι μας, με ανθρώπους άψογους, ευγενικούς και επαγγελματίες! Πολυτέλεια, ηρεμία, άνεση, καλό φαγητό, χαλάρωση... Πραγματικά ιδανικές συνθήκες σε ένα υπέροχο περιβάλλον. Δεν υπάρχουν λόγια για την φιλοξενία! Είναι απολύτως βέβαιο ότι θα ξαναπάμε!

We enjoyed our stay very much! Our room on the third floor had a beautiful view. The spa is great. Breakfast very good. The staff is wonderful and very friendly. Natassa also adviced us on beautiful walks in the area. Walking on Evia is highly recommended! There were a couple of restaurants open in Edipsos in January, enough for us and the quality was good. The hotel has a personal touch, which we really liked. Thank you!!

Prior to arrival I had contacted the hotel as I had been concerned about the wildfires in Greece and later the floods. Communication was very good. Upon our arrival we were greeted by a female member of staff who spoke very good English and was very helpful. The hotel is within 10 minutes walk of the beach and town centre. We used the hotel's pool and sauna room (extra cost) whilst we were there. The thing that we were not too happy about was the shower whereby the water was not draining away very fast, which meant that you had to have two showers (whilst letting the water drain away). We didn't bother mentioning this to the staff as we were only staying for two days anyway. The breakfast was ok (ish) although not lots of choice for vegetarians (as we are). The room was generally clean and also had a balcony which had a nice view. We did not think much of Loutra itself, and found the beaches to be quite dirty in places, and again a lack of vegetarian food in the local restaurants.

Επισκεφθηκαμε το σπα του ξενοδοχείου, μετά από επικοινωνία με υπεύθυνη και προγραμματισμένο ραντεβού. Είχαμε επιλέξει πριβέ τζακουζι και χαμάμ και αν ήθελες πήγαινες στην δημόσια πισίνα. Ήταν ειλικρινά χωρίς κάποια υπερβολή το πιο βρώμικο τζακουζι, μύριζε κατουρλιο, δεν ξέρω αν ήταν η αποχέτευση τους η το νερό αλλα ήταν ανυπόφορο! Δεν αντέξαμε πάνω από 10 λεπτά （ εννοώ ήταν 20 λεπτά παραμονή στην τιμή） σηκωθηκαμε να φύγουμε άρον άρον αφού πρώτα κάναμε ντουζ να φύγει όλη μυρωδιά χωρίς να επισκεφθούμε χαμάμ και πισίνα. Όταν λοιπόν πήγαμε να πληρώσουμε, η υπάλληλος μας ρώτησε πώς ήταν , λέγοντας λοιπόν την αλήθεια ότι μύριζε και ήταν βρόμικα είπε χαρακτηριστικά " αποκλείεται, το θειάφι μύριζε αλλιώς το νερό θα άλλαζε χρώμα αν κάποιος είχε ουρήσει μέσα", πληροφορικα να ξέρετε έχει εσωτερικές λάμπες οι οποίες αλλάζουν το χρώμα του νερού και δεν φαίνεται αν είναι καθαρά η όχι, μια μπλε μια κόκκινα μια κίτρινα! ... Αντιλαμβάνομαι την αντίδραση της υπαλλήλου, αλλά όσο για την καθαριότητα δεν το διαπραγματεύομαι （ το οποίο σχόλιο ούτε η ίδια δεν έδωσε απάντηση εκείνη την στιγμή）, θα δείτε και τις φωτογραφίες!!! Είναι κρίμα τέτοια κατάσταση, εννοώ διαθέτουν τόσο ωραίες εγκαταστάσεις.

Ένα από τα πιο value for money ξενοδοχεία στην περιοχή! Ανετα, καθαρά και περιποιημένα δωμάτια. Οι κοπέλες όλες εξυπηρετηκοτατες και ευγενεστατο και κυρίως χρυσοχερες! Πολλά από τα είδη πρωινού φτιαγμένα από τα χέρια τους και πεντανοστιμο! (λάτρεψα τις σπιτικές μαρμελάδες τους). Οι χώροι spa & τζακούζι είναι must! Η παραμονή μου με έκανε να δω το μέρος αλλιώς...
