It's a hotel, but there's no coffee pot. If I wanted to use a family room, I had to pay an additional amount and change the room so that there was no air conditioning. I requested repairs 5 times, but no one came. I asked for an iron 3 times, but they didn't bring it. Breakfast was so-so. I don't understand why there were 4, perhaps because there were no lodgings nearby.

Bom dia, nada a reclamar dos funcionários, mas chegamos na sexta feira e alguns canais o som da TV fazia eco, comunicamos na recepção foi lá um técnico e não resolveu o problema, no sábado o senhor disse que estava resolvido a SIC o ecra estava todo preto, resumindo não tivemos acesso alguns canais, pagamos caro o hotel acho que nos deviam ter compensado de alguma forma, claro que nao vou recomendar este hotel a ninguém, aqui esta o ditado quem paga adiantado é mal servido.

Why is this a 4 star hotel?
I suspect the hotel will be very nice once the building works are complete. No on-site restaurant. No bar. No contents in mini-bar fridge. I don't know why this hotel is 4 stars.

Hôtel magnifique très propre un cadre exceptionnel. Un des meilleurs hôtel de là région .dépaysement total . piscine sympa. Et a 5 mn à pied delà ville. Autoroute a 500 m pour aller à Porto en 30 mn je recommande

The hotel is closed, only accommodation is allowed in the casitas. - 90% of services are not available. -They gave us the last house in the complex. - Spiders inside the rooms and somewhat dirty. -It does not have a cafeteria or restaurant, for any drink you either bring it from home or drive 10 minutes away to buy it. -Since they gave us the last house, if you forget something, being in the pool or simply going to the bathroom, you better be a long-distance athlete or go down by car.
