Hotel bom mas muito abaixo do esperado para o preço. Sem robes disponíveis para ida ao spa, pouca disponibilidade e simpatia dos funcionários na resolução de problemas, serviço de bar durante o dia quase sem opçoes de alimentação. Quarto com muitas formigas. Otimo pequeno almoço, boa escolha para famílias com crianças.

Um hotel lindo e sossegado, com uma ótima localização. Foi-nos bastante fácil ir a pé aaté ao centro da vila. Bons restaurantes junto ao hotel. Excelente staff, antes durante e depois da visita. Sem dúvida um local a revisitar. Aproveitem a proximidade do trilho junto á fábrica do papel, ara conhecerem recantos lindos, da serra da Lousã.

Chegámos a uma sexta-feira, ao fim do dia, muito próximo da hora de jantar. Na receção fizeram o check in de forma muito rápida, e foram extremamente atenciosos. Ofereceram um ritual de boas-vindas, muito interessante, enquanto aguardávamos por ficar tudo operacional. A suite tinha excelentes condições, limpa e com uma temperatura agradável. A cama é muito confortável, as almofadas incríveis! Tudo o resto foi soberbo, desde as refeições no restaurante, o atendimento de todo o staff, o pequeno-almoço sempre a ser reposto e tudo com uma qualidade incrível. Destacar que, sendo o meu marido surdo, a grande maioria do staff mostrou-se curioso, fazendo até perguntas acerca de gestos mas sem serem intrusivos. Os espaços interiores e exteriores, muito bem cuidados, assim como o SPA. A repetir!

Mountain bike with spa experience
Nice stay during a mountain bike trip for a prime mountain experience. Quiet village. Beautiful hotel. Staff were top notch…the Portuguese aren’t known for customer service…these folks are fantastic!
The room faced onto a street level view which wasn’t great; although surprisingly quiet.
The spa was wonderful. We are huge fans of water therapy, moving from the sauna to cold plunge to warming tubs, etc. They delivered!
And the food!! Very good. Breakfast was excellent with stunning views of the mountains.
Highly recommend this palace!

Não recomendo, especialmente a "nova" ala onde os quartos não justificam de todo o preço por noite cobrado, tanto na apresentação como no conforto. Quando referem "quartos com as melhores vistas" não significa que as vistas sejam incríveis, apenas que não está virado para a rua da frente do hotel, ou para o pátio traseiro, e provavelmente tem uma janela virada para o quintal do vizinho e a outra com uma vista de uma canto da sera da Lousã com um mar de casas pela frente. A zona de pequeno almoço/restaurante é agradável e segue a linha dos restantes hotéis da cadeia, assim como os espaços comuns. A comida é boa, mas não extraordinária. O spa tem muito pouca disponibilidade, é necessário aceder ao mesmo através do exterior, e a piscina interior tem uma capacidade máxima de apenas 8 pessoas. O staff é simpático e agradável, mas a gerência é má na resolução de problemas ou no cuidado com o cliente. Como outra utilizadora que deixou uma review, já tive a oportunidade de ficar em outros hotéis da cadeia e como tal tinha expectativas altas (mesmo tendo em conta quaisquer limitações por ser um edifício antigo)... demasiado altas para o que paguei e pelo serviço que recebi.
