Cogimos la habitación con vistas al río y nos pusieron con vistas al patio sin avisarnos del cambio y siendo más cara la habitación que habíamos cogido, la colcha estaba sucia con manchas. En el baño, al tirar la cadena caía bastante agua al suelo. Se lo comentamos y en los 3 días que estuvimos fueron incapaces de arreglarlo, tuvimos que optar por poner toallas por el suelo para no pisar ese agua. Todo mal.

No pudimos ir por un motivo grave y no nos dieron opción ni de cambiar fecha ni de devolvernos el dinero, a veces en la vida hay que ser un poco comprensibles…. Porque mañana te puede pasar a ti. Tengo un familiar muy grave y resulta que el hotel me contestó por teléfono bastante borde y luego mediante booking muy seco sin darse a razones

On ne s'attend pas à cela pour un 3 étoiles
Malgré une amabilité sans faille à l'accueil, il n'y a aucun parking gratuit pour l'hôtel, comme présenté dans l'annonce "parking gratuit".
La salle de douche très mini, on dirait un mobile-home.
De notre chambre, le bruit de l'ascenseur était pénible.

Emplacement parfait mais chambre à rafraîchir
Quoique la dame de l'accueil soit super-gentille et que l'emplacement de l'hôtel est vraiment super, la chambre reste indésirable et besoin de beaucoup de rafraîchissement et surtout de renouveler les mobiliers

I liked the hotel was near the ghetto and the shops it’s basic no soap’s or complementary stuff in the bathroom no kettle it’s good because it’s convenient to the ghetto and shops they do not speak English at all so that’s a bit of a problem good for just sleeping in basically

Uno dei peggiori hotel a Lourdes per la categoria di 3 stelle. Camere e arredi vecchi, bagni impresentabili e materasso pessimo, impossibile dormire. Ho chiesto il cambio e mi hanno aggiunto un ulteriore materassino peggiore del precedente. La colazione a buffet ai minimi termini è servita in condizioni igieniche carenti (piatti e tovaglie sporche, pavimenti altrettanto). Ho cambiato hotel dopo alcune notti. Gentile la signora alla reception, maleducato e scortese il proprietario che è poco presente.

J’ai passé un super séjour dans cet hôtel. L’accueil est remarquable, avec une dame d’une bonté sans pareille. Douce, gentille et disponible. Elle nous a très bien conseillé sur les activités à faire. Nous avons très bien dormi, la chambre était propre, et le personnel à l’écoute. Je recommande, et reviendrais sans hésiter !
