The hotel was lovely and well located
to the sanctuary. The staff was polite professional and very helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Have just returned from a pilgrimage to Lourdes and stayed at this hotel. It gets top marks on all accounts. Its location is excellent , in close proximity to the Basilica, the rooms are well appointed, quality and choice of food at the restuarant is exceptional all serviced by dedicated and attentive staff particularly at Reception. Cannot recommend highly enough

Dans le restau de cet hotel un monsieur responsable Thierry est très gentil , professionnel !Grace à lui, j’ai une très bonne impression que à Lourde il y a des etres humains gentils , humains et compétents. J ai été dans l’hôtel Belbry, j ai été très déçue de leur manque d’humanité et manque de professionnalisme. Dans cette hôtel : Grand hotel Moderne , bien que 4 étoile , mais sur les personnels surtout par Mr. Thierry j’ai vu que hotel est très bonne ! Bonne quailite de la nourriture et les personnels professionnels, gentils , honnêtes . Mr Simon dans l’accueil est très aimable , professionnel, ces personnels sont bonne image de cette hotel ! J’ai confiance à cet hotel et la fois prochaine je vais choisir cet hotel .

I was passing through Lourdes on my way to visit family in the area. I was with my family and an infant and urgently needed to use the toilet. While my family waited outside, I went into the hotel and asked politely if I could quickly use the toilet. The woman at the front desk laughed at me and told me we needed to walk to the public toilet at the sanctuary. I would happily have done so if the circumstances were different. I stay at this caliper of hotel frequently and would not expect this type of treatment from a hotel that respects their customers and local community.

This hotel is of the highest standards. Very polite and professional staff . Breakfast outstanding variety to choose from. Dinner excellent food and exceptional service. Visiting Lourdes book this hotel to highlight your stay . Very short walk to the grotto.

The rooms were spacious but could certainly use a bit of a refreshing. Our AC did not work, which made the stay rather uncomfortable too. The bathroom was well equipped with tub and shower, toilet and bidet, and there still was enough space to move around. I was in the room alone on multiple occassions and didn’t encounter anything but my wife seemed to think it was *******. We only used the onsite restaurant for breakfast, which was okay. It was a buffet, albeit a limited one. There was an a la carte egg menu, which was a nice touch. The best part about the hotel was the staff. Everyone was very friendly. Thierry at the restaurant was so pleasant. But Simon at reception blew us away with his courtesy and hospitality!

Remarkably well maintained older hotel. Classic in all senses. Rooms very comfortable. Service was very good. Well staffed. Restaurant was an additional attraction with good menu and attentive staff and service. 5 minute walk to the grotto.

Excellent. Emplacement parfait pour le sanctuaire. Le personnel est au petit soin. Les chambres sont très propres et bien équipées. Nous avons passé un séjour en famille très agréable. Et en plus le restaurant est délicieux. Je vous conseille d’y aller. Merci à toute l’équipe pour cet agréable séjour
