The hotel was very reasonable price my friend and her son and myself stayed there we had 2 rooms which was very clean We stayed for 2 nights Highlight of our stay was the outstanding service we received from Austin at reception he was so helpful and genuine nice young man would definitely recommend staying here there was nothing to much for Austin he is a credit to the hotel will definitely be coming back here again because of the service we received thank you Austin

We stayed for 6 nights with breakfast. The hotel is in the heart of Lourdes close to Basilica of Our Lady. A 10-minut walk to a really impressive Torchlight procession held every evening at 9pm. The rooms are clean and neat. Breakfast continental. And the staff, kind, helpful, communicative. Realy interested in guests comfort.

The room was infested with bed bugs that bit my son on the face and body. They changed the room for us but this one had a clogged shower drain with dirt, and despite us reporting it, it was never cleaned and so in order to wash ourselves, my husband cleaned it. The owner apologized via email and promised us a refund that never arrived. Horrible experience

Very well located hotel in the center of Lourdes, close to the train station. Minimalist hotel but clean room and very friendly welcome. Lots of noise, garbage disposal in the morning. Poorly insulated hotel, you can hear the neighboring rooms a lot, the locks opening and closing. The price is really very reasonable. For one night it's fine.
