Muy buen hotel
La intención en Lourdes era visitar el santuario y está convenientemente cerca y con un parking incluido a un par de cuadras, tiene un elevador en la calle que te baja al nivel del santuario. La atención en front desk fue muy amable y en español, la habitación pequeña pero muy limpia y con un muy buen desayuno y tienda de souvenirs en el hotel.

We were very well received by the helpful and smiling staff! Thank you! However, when we arrived, firefighters were taking care of 30 poisoned people. 2 days later, it was our turn to be sick! In our group, 26 people out of 60 were poisoned. In one week, 2 massive poisonings raise questions about the sanitary side of the kitchen. Another group of pilgrims not taking their meals at the hotel did not get sick….

Merece la pena. Muy cerca del Santuario de Lourdes. Habitaciones cómodas y silenciosas ( y eso que el balcón daba justo a la puerta principal). Todo limpio. A destacar el personal del comedor 100% PROFESIONAL, siempre con una sonrisa, muy profesionales y amables. Había dos camareras muy amables en todo momento y atendiendo cualquier petición. Mi más sincera enhorabuena. Volvería sin lugar a dudas.

Small rooms and bathroom in need of modernization, very basic cleaning. Food not of good quality, passable breakfast. Hall and dining room new and well heated. Fast restaurant service. Convenient elevator in front of the hotel
