L’hôtel est très bien situé à proximité du sanctuaire. Il est propre et le personnel est accueillant. Cependant la qualité de la nourriture du restaurant est un peu décevante. Malgré tout nous le recommandons pour effectuer un pèlerinage.

Peccato ottima posizione ma l'albergo non ha una direzione, I dipendenti vanno allo sbaraglio. Camere sporche, biancheria non lavata, non avevamo gli asciugamani, abbiamo chiesto e ci è stato detto "finiti". Colazione € 20,00 a persona: mancava il pane, il burro, i croissant, siamo riusciti a bere 2 tazze di caffè e due tazze di te. La risposta è stata è partito un gruppo ed hanno mangiato tutto! Il nostro tavolo riservato e pagato in anticipo, non si poteva usare e la cameriera visibilmente in panico non sapeva cosa fare! A Lourdes non ci si va di certo per il soggiorno in hotel, ma è cmq un peccato. Il minimo servizio, l'igiene e la preparazione dei dipendenti non deve mancare. Non mettiamo in conto che stiamo parlando di un albergo a 4 stelle. Peccato

Hace dos días llegó un grupo al hotel, ayer, después de la primera noche, nos econtramos con la desagradable sorpresa de que al llegar de tarde no habían hecho las habitaciones. Esta mañana responsables de la Agencia llamaron para reclamar y pedir que hoy no ocurriera, pues ocurrió lo mismo. Los responsables de la Agencia hablaron con la directora que parecía burlarse y decía que no tenía constancia de ello. Se reía. Es LAMENTABLE que un hotel de 4* haga esto, es VERGONZOSO y recomiendo que NO SE RESERVE

Excellent customer service from Linda. We are a family of four. Linda arranged for a top floor 10 room. Very clean, nice comfortable beds pillows and lovely white towels. Nice big bathroom and shower. The shower could have been a little more powerful. We were on half board breakfast and dinner. Tasty breakfast apart from the sausages which I was not too keen on. Dinner three courses starts with soup, main course very good but deserts could have a choice of ice cream. The Portuguese bar man from Porto was excellent great customer service. He is a credit to the hotel and deserves a promotion. If we come again next year we might stay at their sister hotel the Rossey.

This hotel is perfect for visiting the sanctuary and grotto it is only a 2 minute walk and the staff are very helpful will definitely stay again and recommend to anyone visiting Lourdes

abbiamo pernottato solo una notte ma a partire dall'accoglienza ci siamo trovati benissimo in tutto! lo consigliamo soprattutto per la posizione strategica (molto vicina alla grotta).

We booked hotel Astrid for the 1st time and were extremely pleased with the room and the facilities. The breakfast was amazing. But it was the location that was the best part, The Hotel is just a few meters away from the entrance to the Grotto Sanctuary. with a small child and mobility restricted members this hotel proved to be a perfect choice. We hope to come back soon
