PARFAIT, le personnel , l'accueil et la localisation est idéal, merci pour ce séjour très court, j'ai pu assisté à la descente aux flambeaux, beau moment plein d'émotion, malgré la crue annoncée de la grotte, tout c'est très bien fini, merci

literie de très mauvaise qualité, le matelas fait 10 cm d'épaisseur avec un sur matelas, ce sont deux matelas accolés et le summum le matelas fait 180 cm de long. Cela doit fait 30 ans que cela n'existe plus et encore plus dans une chambre deluxe... Le petit déjeuner n'est pas digne d'un 4 étoiles, c'est le minimum. Le personnel est par contre vraiment sympathique. Le restaurant est excellent et le service impeccable.

Excelente espacio en habitación e instalación agradables con una excelente ubicación. El servicio de bar cuenta con un gran servicio al igual que el desayuno contó con gran calidad en sus productos. Personal amable y que nos brindo información suficiente y completa para nuestra estancia

Une chambre double jolie et moderne située côté hôtel chapelle SDB moderne et douche Wc à part sans lavabo avec balayette crade ( beurk )! Le bouton 9 pour avoir la réception ne marchait pas sur le téléphone de la Chambre - je devais appeler de mon portable à chaque fois Ma clé s’est démagnétisée plusieurs fois ( appel du portable la réception qui n’est pas à côté ) Clim mal réglée même à 21 degrés et un bâton la soufflerie est trop forte Surtout le petit déjeuner à 20 euros est très décevant : certes copieux un café à avec du lait servi dans une cafetière avec le café + lait mélangé ( jamais vu ça ) et surtout café totalement infect . Les Viennoiseries sont industrielles tout comme le reste Le parking situé derrière l’hôtel est très bien et sécurisé mais cher pour lourdes ( 20 euros par jour )

Hotel datato e gestirò con approssimazione. La colazione al mattino è la peggiore esperienza mai fatta. Il parcheggio a pagamento nello spazio di proprietà dell’hotel non è accettabile. Tutto questo ad un prezzo da cinque stelle. Purtroppo questo è un hotel con non più di 3 stelle.

Bonjour, les chambres mansardées ne sont pas pratique du tout ( il est préférable de prévenir le client si une chambre mansardée conviendrait), l’éclairage de la lampe de chevet côté gauche lorsque l’on est face au lit ne fonctionnait pas, la matière du coussin de la meridienne s’effritait dès qu’on le touchait, il restait un fond de gel douche dans la salle de bain. Une personne féminine de l’hôtel est rentrée dans la chambre vers 14h15 pensant qu’il n’y avait personne à ses dires! Dommage pour une première expérience dans cet hôtel. Par contre l’hôtel avec ses décors est très beau, le personnel de l’accueil est très gentil ainsi qu’au restaurant où nous avons déjeuner correctement. Pour info Nous avions été à l’hôtel la solitude l’année dernière ou tout était parfait. En espérant que cela aidera à vous améliorer. Bonne journée

Confort et personnel agréable. Il est très bien situé et l'accès au parking est un plus important dans une ville où se garer au 15 août est un véritable défi. Le restaurant est également une bonne surprise. Je recommande cet établissement..

Magnifique hôtel très proche du sanctuaire, donc très pratique. A l'hôtel, accueil formidable et attentionné, très professionnel. Très belle suite confortable. Excellents déjeuners et dîners dans une salle à manger exceptionnelle ou dans des petites loges individuelles absolument charmantes et intimes
