This was the second stay for my husband and I at the Cambria. Our first trip was in 2022 and we loved the hotel so much we booked it again for our 2023 trip. Check in/check out was extremely smooth. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean and had all the amenities. There is on site parking and an overflow lot across the street. The location is great, so many things to do and see within walking distance. And our favorite thing about this place, the on site bar :) When it get's later in the evening and you do not want to walk the city streets or places are closed at 6:00, you can come back to the hotel and continue to have a couple drinks!! I highly recommend this place to all of our family and friends. We will be back in 2024!

The Cambria Hotel gets the little details right. Our room (standard double) was clean and spacious with a microwave and fridge, comfortable beds and linens, and a quiet (but effective) air conditioning system. The little details include the many outlets and charging stations, a generous sized work desk, a Keurig coffee maker, nightlight in the bathroom, multiple lighting systems, and wall hooks for coats or towels. The front desk was friendly and helpful, especially Andrea, who went out of her way to help me with my reservation. The parking lot is a bit tight, but we were able to find parking each night and were pleased to be able to charge our EV. Location is great - we walked to many great restaurants and of course the beautiful parks by the river. There's no free breakfast, but Wild Egg restaurant across the street had amazing pancakes. I highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was fine… but not much worth noting that makes this a place to recommend to others. All staff were friendly, but I didn’t get a real sense that they cared about us much. Our room was clean, but the sheets were old-even had a hole in the top sheet. I would have e appreciated a “Hi! Welcome to Louisville! Here’s a little map highlighting some places within a 5 minute walk from the hotel that are our staff picks for things to do while you’re here. What else can I do to help you out?”

The room itself was nice, although a simple touch of a notepad and pen would have been appreciated. Parking is an additional fee and is expensive, but apparently typical for Louisville. We enjoyed the restaurant and the breakfast/coffee area. The meals were delicious, although two of the limited menu items I would have liked were not available either night of our stay. I loved having the little "essentials" shopping and snack area. I needed it to purchase a forgotten toiletry item. It's within walking distance of many Louisville attractions, but I personally wouldn't walk around there after dark.

The hotel is nice, but when I followed up with Customer Service for a copy of my final bill, I got an AI Chatbot that kept hanging up on me. The creepy part is that they made it sound really real like there was a whole Customer Service department behind the voice with all kinds of clattering and voices. It was dystopian.

It was clean, well located and the staff was helpful and friendly. We loved the shades for light blocking at night.
The pool was relaxing as well!

We stayed here bcuz it was close to the kentucky derby festival races start/finish line. Nice place, clean, walking distance from a lot of restaurants and the yum center (we seen brooks & dunn) guest services were very friendly and helpful. I'd definitely stay again. Parking was minimum under the hotel, we have diesel truck and got last spot convenient to park a big truck($22/night). Enjoyed our stay and would stay again!
