The hotel service was great. My only suggestion is to have the temperature units in the rooms be cleaned as the vents on the unit was extremely dusty.

Disappointing Stay – Poorly Handled by Management I’ve stayed at this hotel before and previously had a great experience, but unfortunately, this visit was very disappointing. There was a violently loud noise coming from the roof that caused the entire room to groan throughout the night. It was incredibly disruptive and made it nearly impossible to sleep. My child was in town for a volleyball game, and her rest was completely disturbed. I alerted the front desk staff during our stay, but they were initially unwilling to even come investigate the issue. The next morning, I asked to speak with a manager and again, nothing was done. Later in the week, I followed up by phone. While I was given points to my account, I had clearly requested compensation for the extremely unpleasant stay—not just points. This experience was not only uncomfortable but also poorly handled from start to finish. It’s disappointing to see such a drop in service quality from a hotel I had once enjoyed.

Very friendly and helpful staff-Jake at the front desk! Clean, quiet, BEST free breakfast with healthy options. Parking was easy. Great location. Most attractions are within walking distance. Will stay again!
