The stay was wonderful and everyone was so nice, especially Kevin! The only thing I would suggest is a new mattress. The bed was hard as a brick!

Elevators were down and me and several guest sat in lobby with no way to room. A big inconvenience. Breakfast was pricey. As a. Diamond member this is ridiculous! Dina the front desk was wonderful she made sure we got to our rooms also made a bad situation into a positive one. Need more individuals like her.

I wish I could give this hotel 10 stars. From Devin the Valet Manager, who I first met and I was convinced I needed to stay here. Mary and Kevin, there was another Manager (slim, short hair with Glasses) and a young lady (with braids in the front who usually came in during the evening ). ALL of them took the absolute most AMAZING care of me from parking, my room and were heaven sent during my work trip last week. This hotel was extremely busy but they took their time to make sure I was attended to and had everything I needed. I will be back and I am bring family with me. This Hilton is my ONLY option. My heart is so full and grateful for all of your professionalism, hospitality, patience, and patience.

My husband and I visited Louisville for the first time over the 4th of July! When we arrived Mary and Angell had a birthday gift and card ready for me! I was blown away by their excitement, my excitement and way we were treated throughout our stay here. Great job team! And thank you so much Mary and Angell!!!

The breakfast team was excellent, and very friendly. The only thing I would change is having more towels. I stayed 11 days in the summer and with all of the walking you sometimes need more showers. I spoke to the front desk and they increased service.
