Went to Louisville for soccer tournament. The location was great if you want to be in the heart of downtown. Was a little loud at night with the street car noise. The room itself was great no complaints. Breakfast was also good.

Great spot downtown to stay. Conference was at the Omni across the street. (It was full). Slight breakfast, had pancake making machine. Had signs not to take food to room. Bed was comfortable. Room was dated. A/C worked great. Big problem was phone rang every night, ended up unplugging. Front desk said nothing they could do. Would stay there again.

The place itself was clean. Some stains on one towel or I would have given higher cleanliness. The staff was nice. Felt safe. Walkable to many downtown eateries and theaters. Parking was super easy and it’s right off the interstate.

I needed a cheap place to stay for a 3 night run at the Palace. The Palace was a short walk from the hotel/motel. Plenty of eating, drinking, and entertainment options near by.
