Residence Inn Louisville Downtown

Every staff member we encountered was super helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good offering hot entrees, cold cereal, oatmeal, waffles, yogurt, etc.. Parking in the garage was easy although there was broken glass right by the entrance to the hotel which looked like it was from a broken car window. Definitely think that should be cleaned up. The hotel also lost power after a storm one night and was off for several hours. Not their fault but room got stuffy and there was no communication from the front desk as to what was going on. After power was restored, our internet wasn't working and we had to ask three different times to have someone look at it. For some reason, the internet was working at the front desk but not on the 6th floor. Eventually, it was also restored. Another night, we heard a constant beeping noise. I finally called the front desk and was told a room on the floor below ours was cooking and set off the smoke alarm. They informed us there was no emergency and we just needed to wait for the alarm to be cleared which took over an hour! When we were packing to leave, my husband found spots on his pillow which looked like mold. Other than that, the room appeared to be clean.

I first want to start off with the staff. Every single person we came across was professional, extremely helpful, and exhausted every avenue to make sure our family reunion was the best! ZERO COMPLAINTS!! Our host Rachel Davis was catering from the very first encounter. The rooms and meeting room were clean, spacious and the hotel was centrally located by the highway and attractions. Thank you to Rachel, front desk staff, and housekeeping....

Great location downtown for a weekend getaway.

Went for a Louisville Bats game, 1 block from the stadium and will stay again!

Pleased with my short visit I came to town to run the race and the property was one block away from start line. The staff members were all very helpful and informative upon check in and check out. The room was exceptionally clean, bed was super comfortable, and I enjoyed using the kitchen to make my own dinner.
