Residence Inn Louisville East/Oxmoor

We had THE BEST weekend at the Residence Inn Louisville East/Oxmoor! The staff was great, super friendly and very accomodating! Big thank you to Brittany and Danielle for being so sweet, courteous, and able to answer all of our questions! The room we stayed in was a two bedroom/two bathroom suite, and it was fantastic! It had a full kitchen, a pull out couch, and the beds were so comfortable! Everyone loved the warm pool, and the fire pit was the perfect unwind after all the fun at the pool! The breakfast was delish, and the kids enjoyed exploring the large lobby/breakfast area. The adults and kids in our group all had a blast! It was the perfect hotel for a quick weekend getaway, but would also be very comfortable for a longer stay, and we will definiyely be returning! I highly recommend this hotel!

We loved this hotel. Maybe the best Residence Inn we have stayed in. Excellent guest facilities and nice, friendly staff. We loved Victor, the breakfast room attendant. Such a nice, friendly guy. Marriott should use him as a role model for other employees in that same position.

Spent a very rainy weekend in Louisville, but the entire staff, especially the Front Desk, had amazing “sunshiney” personalities that made you forget about the rain! The Breakfast Staff was so accommodating, continually cleaning and replenishing all items. Our room was perfect and spotless! I’d say this hotel is the perfect place to stay on your next visit to Louisville! And very convenient to everything we needed! Thank you to ALL!

We have stayed at this Residence Inn several times during the past year and found it an excellent hotel. In June on check in, the supervisor Brittany Ebrecht was sensitive to the fact that several high school basketball teams were staying at the hotel at the same time, about which we were unaware. She made sure that we stayed on a floor away from them in case there was a noise issue (there wasn't but I appreciated the anticipation and preemptive action). On the first night of a subsequent and recent 2 day stay, an odor from recent painting was noted in the room about which I complained. Brittany Ebrecht immediately understood my concern and promptly switched our room with appropriate apologies for the inconvenience. It is great to know that Brittany is sensitive and accommodating to the needs of the customers. It is because of her genuine interest in her hotel guests that we have made reservations for another stay in August.

What a nice and comfortable property! Everything was satisfactory - the cleanliness, the comfortable bed, the room and bathroom, the very affable and helpful staff. delicious coffee in the morning as well as a sumptuous breakfast. If I travel again to Louisville, I’ll plan to stay here again!
