I stay at several hotels for business and for vacations with my family. I have stayed at several Residence Inn’s but there is one that takes customer service to a whole new level from the General Manager, Chris, to the dinner host, Victor, and their secret weapon, JULIE who makes sure you are taken care off. I am so very impressed. I am an older female on a strict diet and even tighter budget. Julie made sure I had my gatorade Zero and coke zero in my refrigerator getting cold while I was flying in. That is just one example of their customer service. The night front desk attendant made coffee at 4 a.m. for early risers. If other hotels realized just how important that is, they would DO IT!. The location is perfect in that there are restaurants right outside the door and a safe walking place at the upscale mall next door. The workout room is clean and well equipped. The breakfast covers almost any diet restriction. The evening light supper works well if you do not want to go out for dinner and Victor is the perfect host. The upkeep of the hotel is current. The workers get it when it comes to over the top service and I know that trickles down from above. Congratulations, Chris for impressing me once again!

Excellent customer service by all employees encountered. Chris, the manager was a pleasure. Rooms were very clean. The continental breakfast was wonderful and had many options to chose from. I have stayed here before and will definitely return here again.
