The service attitude was very good. Because we arrived at the hotel late and didn't have anything to eat, the driver drove us to the supermarket for shopping! Like 👍

We were going to be arriving late, so I called when we stopped for dinner to let them know. When we arrived, the gal at the front desk had already checked us in. After a long drive, this was MUCH appreciated. Breakfast the next morning was nice as well.

Terrible! Our room smelled strongly of urine, human urine. The wallpaper was peeling off the bathroom walls. Our tv wasn’t working and it took a full day and multiple attempts to get someone to agree to look at it. Only one elevator was working. A lot of softball families were staying for a tournament and we had issues with the kids walking up and down our hall beating on room doors, including ours. I tried chatting with hotel staff about switching rooms because of the urine smell and condition of the room and my request went unanswered. Asked the hotel staff to please switch us to a different room and was told they couldn’t accommodate our request. Honestly, I’m surprised this hotel is a Hilton hotel, very poor conditions of the room.

Excellent staff! We stayed here with our 2 pugs, during Pugfest! The rooms were spacious and clean. Jerry at the front desk was amazing, he's so helpful! We weren't from the area and had ordered a pizza l couldn't locate the driver and Jerry went above and beyond to make sure we knew exactly where the delivery guy would be! They have a shuttle that is so nice, Avery drove us to Pugfest, and again Amazing she helped us pack up the stroller for our aging pug.. when it was time to leave Pug fest we called the hotel and in about 5 min Wayne was there with a smile and very helpful, he helped us load all our packages and stroller in the back then drove us back to the Hotel.. I would definitely stay here again with my pugs! Customer service is the best here!

This is actually the second time I’ve stayed at this property and both times I’ve really enjoyed my stay there. The staff was great. Breakfast was good and I enjoyed the pool both times. I was there in the rooms are really big.
