Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Louisville East Oxmoor

I cannot express how wonderful the team and staff are at Hampton Inn. They have top notch customer service and everything is always so clean and tidy. Mark Breslin is extremely accommodating and genuinely wants to make sure all of his customers feel right at home when visiting. Our group had high end clientele in town and Mark made sure everyone was treated with kindness and care. His personality is always welcoming and you can tell he takes good care of his staff as well. Speaking of his staff, I’d also like to express how great Joey was! We used the conference room several times during our stay and Joey made sure everything looked impeccable and we had everything we needed for our meetings. I highly recommend booking a stay at the Hampton Inn and Suites.

The facility looked brand new even after being open 5 months.... Mark helped us out so much. Are work schedule involved an itinerary change due to the unfortunate events that transpired at the Expo Center on July 13th... with our schedule up in the air. Mark's patience and willingness to help, however ourb schedule ended up, was a huge stress relief... All the time Mark was tending to other guests needs and I am sure his normal busy tasks... Hilton is lucky to have him. . If it isn't too far out of your way and this is the Hilton to choose

Awesome hotel! The rooms were spotless and the bedding was soft and comfortable. Just like being at home! The bathroom was bright and well-maintained the have the best smelling hand soap and hand lotion for you to use too! The complimentary breakfast was absolutely delicious. Mark in sales was awesome to work with. He was super helpful and professional. Highly recommend!

This is an excellent Hotel. It is clean and well run. The staff are all super helpful. A special shout out for the Director of Sales: Mark Breslin. He introduced himself to me and has worked with me on several of my bookings to ensure a good consistent rate for those that are coming in there often through out the year. Highly recommend you staying here when in the Louisville Area.

Excellent customer services. I had an issue with reservation in which confirmation made through ******* did not transfer data to the hotel due to a glitch in the system. The assistant general manager,Max, and The receptionist, Marj, spent so much time resolving the problem. They are wonderful! I really appreciate their help!
