The hotel is located far away from Bourbon Street, but very quiet. The hotel service is very good and very clean. There are abundant facilities, including coin-operated washing machines, microwaves, etc. I will want to stay again next time I go to New Orleans.

The bathroom was very poor I complain for this but no action was taken. The air condition was not working. They don't bother. The coffee machine was do dirt I got I'll to use that coffee machine. My room was 908 . Please refund my money.
In earlier experience in Canada And Buffalo your hotels were very good.

Twas a decent stay, hotel staff was mostly helpful when they wanted to be. We eventually got everything we needed. The restaurant was nice for dining in or room service.

Located not far from the French Quarter. Can use trolley to get around. I was able to check in early.

The hotel is in a good location, close to attractions, convenient and clean, and close to the French Quarter. It helps with luggage and taxis. The front desk service is very good. Breakfast is OK. It's quiet. It's about 30 minutes away from the airport.

My experience at this location was excellent. The room was what I expected it would be. Just a few things I didn’t like but the good was way better than the the bad. The staff was super friendly and professional. I will be booking here in the future again.
